  • there's something about chocolate.  when cool it's hard, not even close to pliable.  you can scratch shavings out and make powder from it.  you can even bite into it with a loud crack that rivals a nutcracker.but when it's warm, it's sweet, and coating and comforting.this shot was done with my 100mm macro again at fraiche in palo alto.  they have a large block of gourmet milk chocolate that they chip and shave as toppings for their fresh yogurt.

    just trying out the 100mm macro finally after quite some time.  paired with the 7D it's not so bad.  though, I have to say, I really do hate the way colors look on the camera's lcd, everything always has this strange cyan tint.
